I can't write much about moving into my apartment up in Boston without getting angry. Let's just say this: Previous tenants who know their last day in the place is 8/31 should not tell the new tenants that they don't have a place to go and can't move out. Realtors who don't tell them to move out are realtors who should not be dealt with ever again. In a nutshell, I had to move into a place where the tenants hadn't even begun to pack up their apartment, making everything extremely stressful. Also, judging by the number of mice droppings and disgusting-ness everywhere, they clearly hadn't cleaned once while living in the place for two years.
On a good note, we never got any parking tickets.
